Position: ABCToday Activities & Programs Manager – St. Louis
POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for contributing to Agency goals of making data decisions while involving network partners. This goal will be achieved by conducting quarterly meetings, regular communication with administration, and being a great partner to the school district. Requires a high degree of customer service, process management and goal orientation.
Outcomes/Goals
· Support the ABCToday Networks and Associate Regional Director at assigned schools
- Engage Network partners (both school and outside resources) to be fully contributing partners to reach the goals of the collective team and individual students
- Co-plan collective impact meetings (creating agenda, collecting RSVPs, coordinating with principals)
- Document next steps and coordinate follow up
- Review ABCToday data with department colleagues and leadership for deeper understanding
· Organize school-based efforts and events planned by school partners and BBSEMO agency staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to organize, plan and effectively carry out efforts and activities supporting students, families and staff within school buildings.
- Participate as a part of a collaborative internal team to drive success of the ABC 3.0 model.
- Partner with colleagues to create calendar of events and support their individual events and activities.
- Reflect and analyze events and activities executed including number of participants, participant experience, planning process, budget, varied audiences, other relevant criteria or data points.
- Maintain an organized system of planning, organization, budgeting and follow-up to ensure measurable success from beginning to end.
· Co-lead school climate and culture efforts at assigned schools.
- Implement strategies to support student, staff, and administration engagement are implemented
- Determine, in partnership with agency leadership, tools to measure efficacy of strategies.
- Steward relationship with school administration, staff, and community partners.
- Drive ABCToday brand by communicating successes of the partner School, students, and Littles.
- Create awareness for how each school measures school climate and culture.

EDUCATION & RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4 years related work experience preferred or a combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of K-12 school and resource landscape
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Qualifications
- Ability to lead a team of individuals and experience in leadership roles
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and proof-reading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a variety of staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
- Technology/computer skills needed. Proficient in the following platforms: MS Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, & Teams); Outlook, & Zoom.
- Flexible work hours to meet the needs of schools, team members and community leaders/organizations including nights and weekends.
- Must have car, valid driver’s license, and meet state required automobile insurance minimums.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary will be based upon professional and academic experience (salary range – $44,000-$46,000)
- 401(k)-3% match per year following first year of employment.
- .625 cents reimbursement on business miles and 100% of out-of-office parking for business meetings, etc.
- Immediate and 100% coverage on health and dental insurance.
- Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance following the first ninety days of employment.
- After 90 days staff will receive 5 days of paid vacation and 10 days of paid vacation after one year of service.
- Accrue 1 day per month of sick leave (can also be used for family illnesses)-can carry up to 30 days of sick leave.
- 2 personal days per year following the first 90 days of employment.
- Annual raises based on performance, culture, and agency’s ability.
- 11 paid holidays.
