Role Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Graphics Designer to produce content, and graphics, for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded visuals. This role ensures all creative materials maintain a consistent tone and visual identity aligned with the organization’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for various platforms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
  • Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on creative projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
  • Accept, incorporate, and apply creative feedback
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to turn projects around quickly
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, photography, graphic design, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
  • Ability to provide an online portfolio of prior work samples

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computers, cameras, and other equipment
  • Ability to visually inspect digital and printed creative materials for accuracy and quality
  • Ability to occasionally move or transport materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Work Environment

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computers, cameras, and other equipment
  • Ability to visually inspect digital and printed creative materials for accuracy and quality
