Flag Football Coach and Bunk Counselor
Camp Mah-Kee-Nac | Lenox, MA

Camp Mah-Kee-Nac, a premier all-boys overnight camp nestled in the scenic Berkshire Mountains of Lenox, Massachusetts, is looking for passionate college flag football athletes/coaches to join our coaching team this summer!

Our athletic philosophy is built on skill development, teamwork, and fun, pushing campers to grow both as individual players and as part of a team.

As a Coach, with support from our Athletic Director, you’ll:

  • Design and lead engaging, age-specific programs
  • Coach teams in competitions & tournaments
  • Instruct skill-building clinics
  • Manage and maintain athletic equipment
  • Be a role model, mentor, and leader for campers

As a Bunk Counselor you will:

  • Work with co-counselors to create a safe and fun environment for kids to grow
  • Become a role model and mentor that our campers will look up too
  • Live in a bunk with 8-12 campers

What We Look For:

  • Passionate and knowledgeable athletes ready to coach
  • Previous experience working with kids is a plus
  • Hardworking, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who love the game
