Cortado Group is an AI-first management consulting firm. We help companies improve revenue operations, modernize business processes, and use AI tools to work more efficiently.

About the Role

Cortado Group is hiring a Project Coordinator Intern to provide administrative and project support to our consulting team.

You will work under the direction of Cortado team members and will not be expected to manage client relationships or run projects independently.

What You Will Do

  • Update task trackers, status documents, and project lists
  • Clean up meeting notes and identify basic follow-up items
  • Draft simple agendas, recap notes, and internal project updates
  • Use AI tools to summarize notes, format information, and support repetitive administrative tasks
  • Help prepare project materials using existing templates
  • Support basic follow-ups with Cortado team members and partners
  • Assist with project closeout tasks such as organizing final files and notes

Who We Are Looking For

  • Current student, recent graduate, or early-career candidate with 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable with detailed administrative work
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable using AI tools or interested in learning how to use them
  • Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Interested in consulting, project coordination, business operations, or AI-enabled work
  • Comfortable with repetitive work such as file organization, note cleanup, and tracker updates

What You Will Learn

  • How consulting projects are organized behind the scenes
  • How project teams manage notes, tasks, files, and follow-ups
  • How AI tools can help with administrative and coordination work
  • How to turn meeting notes into clear summaries and action items
  • How to support a professional services team in a remote environment
