SUMMARY/SCOPE: Student workers will assist the Payroll and Human Resources Offices with providing human resources and payroll related services to students, adjuncts, faculty, staff, retirees, and volunteers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attention to detail
Scanning
Filing
Organizing
Basic math skills
Initiative to learn new things daily and adapt to a fast paced environment
Must work efficiently and meet deadlines
Computer Skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Customer Service – must be able to greet faculty, staff, students, adjuncts, retirees, and volunteers who may visit our office.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Previous office experience is a plus but not required.
Business majors preferred, but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some moderate lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods during your work shift.

Prompt and dependable attendance is essential
Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM; You must be available during these times.
