SUMMARY/SCOPE: Hardin-Simmons University Psychology & Counseling Center
Duties include but are not limited to front desk receptionist (answering phones, transferring calls, greeting clients, etc.), data entry, making copies, checking and delivering-mail, assisting with departmental projects, errands on campus and other tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phones, Titanium data input (client records and billing), checking and delivering mail, and running errands on campus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Preference given to HSU students in the CCMF program or seniors considering the CCMF program.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Light lifting up to 25 lbs.
