HeadBox is on the lookout for a freelance 3D Photographer based in the Midlands to join our growing UK team. We help large corporations digitally transform their meetings and events programmes.
We are an award-winning B2B in-person meetings and events platform powered by AI software. Leveraging our suite of AI software tools, HeadBox connects business customers with creative, inspiring, and iconic venues in dense city locations, turning meetings and events into memorable experiences.. Backed by Guinness Asset Management, Deepbridge Capital and Egora Ventures, we are on a mission to bring people and spaces together to make brilliant things happen, everywhere. We now employ a team of 70 HeadBoxers, based in London, Sydney and Melbourne.
The Role
HeadBox 3D shoots are a brilliant way for Hosts to showcase their venues to potential clients. We are looking for a talented Midlands based photographer to complete 3D venue shoots across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This includes:
- Travelling to venues across the Midlands (and rest of UK occasionally)
- Ensuring the shoot runs smoothly and answering any venue questions
- Completing the 3D shoot using a Matterport camera
- Uploading and editing the 3D model via Matterport
- Liaising with our UK-based 3D Coordinator
- Completing any re-edits where required
This role is Birmingham and Midlands-based and will focus primarily on venues in those areas, with potential requests in locations further around the UK should the need arise.
Requirements
- Photography experience – desired but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Willingness to learn – we’ll teach you how to use the Matterport camera and software
- Organised and reliable – punctuality, clear communication, and timely delivery of edited models are key
- Flexible availability – occasional early starts or late finishes may be required, depending on venue availability
- Brand Ambassador – You will be representing the Face of the Company. As a 3D photographer, you aren’t just operating equipment; you are the primary physical point of contact for our clients. You will be embodying our company values on the ground. Brilliance, Curiosity, Empathy and Integrity.
Desired Requirements
- Experience using a Matterport 3D Camera and the Matterport Visualisation App
- Previous work with 3D cameras (ideally pro3 or pro2) or digital visualisation tools
- Experience shooting interiors or real estate listings
- Full Drivers Licence
