Physiophyx Physical Therapy is a performance-based outpatient physical therapy clinic in Saginaw, Texas, dedicated to helping active adults and athletes move better, recover faster, and prevent future injuries. We provide one-on-one care in a supportive, patient-centered environment where quality always comes before volume.
We are growing and looking for a passionate Physical Therapist who values clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and continuous learning. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want mentorship, hands-on experience, and the chance to develop advanced clinical skills.
Unlike traditional high-volume clinics, our therapists typically treat 5–7 patients per day, allowing time to focus on movement quality, education, and long-term outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and functional needs
- Deliver high-quality orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services
- Educate patients on movement, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Utilize hands-on treatment techniques and evidence-based exercise programs
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients improve movement and performance
- Interest in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or performance training
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation
- Interest in pelvic health, sports performance, or functional movement
- Desire to grow clinically and professionally
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $95,000 base salary (based on experience)
