Point O’Pines Camp for Girls is a traditional 7-week all-girls sleepaway camp in the Adirondacks, NY, and is seeking a Photographer for Summer 2026.
This is a great opportunity for photographers, visual storytellers, and creative students to gain hands-on experience while capturing the magic of camp. At Point O’Pines, our photographer plays an important role in documenting daily life, special events, performances, athletics, and the meaningful moments that make camp unforgettable for campers and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos of daily activities, special events, trips, and performances
- Tell the story of camp through candid and posed photography
- Organize, edit, and upload photos in a timely manner
- Ensure all campers are represented thoughtfully and appropriately
- Maintain and care for photography equipment
- Collaborate with leadership to highlight key moments and traditions throughout the summer
- Live with a group of campers and co-counselors and help support campers’ day-to-day needs
