Front Oral Surgery Assistant
Part Time | No Experience Required
About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our oral surgery practice as a Oral Surgery Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to enter the dental or medical field—no prior oral surgery or dental experience is required. We will provide full training for the right candidate. We routinely have 2-3 different students that work part time based on their school schedule.
College students are welcome
Predental, prenursing or nursing students are welcome. (currently we have two nursing students)
Responsibilities:
Assist with front-office patient check-in/check-out
Schedule appointments and manage patient communication
Support clinical staff with non-clinical tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Learn and follow established office protocols
Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
Qualifications:
No previous oral surgery or dental training required
Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (practice will guide you through the process)
Strong desire and willingness to learn in a clinical environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, professional, and able to multitask
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
