Description
- Assist in all facets of the company when needed
- Perform utility work such as modifications of Guest and Employee areas as needed
- Perform pre-season preparations of outside areas and other maintenance-related tasks
- Opening and closing all outside activities and parking lots when needed
- Fully knowledgeable of all operational aspects of our company and how the workflow is setup to be as efficient as possible; brings suggestions on how to automate and improve processes
- Oversight and approving some of the company-wide purchases and working closely with the purchasing office
- Communicate with Upper Management to improve company operations
- Works closely with the President/CEO and VP of Finance and Administration to implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field
- A strong candidate will have the ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The ideal intern should be an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated person with great customer service skills
- Proven success working with a team in a professional environment or at a college-level project/assignment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff
