We are looking for dynamic and creative Arts Entertainment and Design (AED) Facilitators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the arts, media, or entertainment industries and a passion for facilitation. Arts Entertainment and Design (AED) Facilitators will be responsible for delivering engaging facilitation that inspires and educates students, fostering their creative skills, knowledge, and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitation Delivery: Guide and support students through hands-on activities, projects, and lessons in both classroom and virtual environments, helping them apply and expand their knowledge.
Skill Development: Facilitate students in developing technical skills, creative techniques, and industry knowledge through interactive workshops and practical exercises, ensuring they gain real-world expertise.
Project-Based Facilitation: Support students as they work on projects from concept to completion, offering guidance, feedback, and facilitation throughout the creative process.
Progress Assessment: Monitor student growth and performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for further development.
Collaborative Facilitation: Collaborate with other educators, facilitators, and industry professionals to enrich the facilitation experience and create opportunities for interdisciplinary learning.
Student Engagement: Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and teamwork among students.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and facilitation best practices to continually enhance facilitation strategies and curriculum content.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in arts, media, entertainment, education, or a related field, and/or, professional experience in the arts, media, or entertainment industries.
Experience in Drumming. Percussion, Bass, Piano, or Dance skills also preferred.
Strong passion for facilitating students.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with relevant technology and tools used in the arts, media, and entertainment fields.
Experience working with diverse student populations and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with both in-person and virtual environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and industry professionals.
Familiarity with contemporary educational tools and platforms.
Salary and Benefits

Excellent rate of pay: $40 – $50 an hour
Paid Onboarding/ Training / Preparation / Support: $22.00 an hour
