About the Role

TriSphere Applications is seeking a motivated and professional Volunteer Recruiter to assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding efforts across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Business Operations who wants hands-on startup experience.

The Volunteer Recruiter will work closely with leadership and hiring teams to help identify strong candidates for internship and volunteer opportunities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review applications and resumes from recruiting platforms
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, and other channels
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department leads
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire coordination
  • Maintain candidate tracking records and recruitment documentation
  • Follow up with applicants regarding interview status and next steps
  • Help create and update job postings
  • Support recruiting campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership regarding hiring needs

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred
  • Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus but not required
