TruePani Inc. is an engineering, consulting, and communications startup located in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for passionate and hardworking students to join our team as a part-time independent contractor.
This opportunity is for summer (July) 2026 and is available to students with the possibility of continuing through fall 2026 and beyond.
Most of the work within this role will support drinking water quality projects. The Fulfillment Associate will work out of our Raleigh office (located off of Hillsborough street near NC State’s campus) to assemble water sampling kits and pitcher filters to be sent to client sites, generate paperwork and reports, track inventory, make phone calls, and manage shipments into and out of the office.

Schedule
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week in office Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility for the start and end time each day, as long as the majority of hours overlap with normal business hours.
Compensation
$18/hour
Responsibilities
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Packing and shipping sample kits and pitcher filters
- Managing material inventory
- Data management via computer
- General office duties: making and receiving phone calls, printing, and scanning
Requirements
- Based in Raleigh, NC
- US Citizen with valid Drivers License
- Must pass background check
- Previous fulfillment experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to take direction
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Courteous and respectful
