Role Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join our high-growth team. As a key part of our sales function, you’ll be the bridge between our product and the customer—initiating conversations, researching potential leads, and closing opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, fluent in English, and familiar with ChatGPT tools. Success in this role looks like consistent communication with leads, strong research and outreach efforts, and meeting weekly targets with a proactive, professional approach.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Learning and implementing lead-generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
  • Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners.
  • Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships.
  • Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
    Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
  • Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
