Program Specialist- Temporary
The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is hiring for a Program Specialist (temporary, non-exempt) position. This is a full-time, temporary position through August 31, 2026, with potential for extension based on funding availability. The position offers an hourly salary of $22–$25, dependent on experience.
Candidates will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives, including programs and events that engage educators, employers, and community partners. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, tracking progress, managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong relationships with staff, partners, and participants.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred; however, relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
