S.T.A.R. Method
The S.T.A.R. Method is an outline/formula for answering behavioral interview questions.
You begin by setting the scene by describing a SITUATION you were faced.
Then, you talk about the TASK you needed to do.
Next, you describe the ACTIONS you took.
Finally, you conclude with the RESULTS of the efforts.
It is telling a story – but with purpose – and it helps you showcase your skills end experiences in a way that really grabs attention.
