During this session, soon-to-be and recent graduates will hear from previous WayUp National Top Interns about their lives post-graduation and how their lives changed since interning at various companies. Employees from Twitch, Citi, Boeing, and Align Technology will share their experiences from their 1st year after graduation and give advice about how to navigate life in the “real world” as a young adult.
The event will cover a variety of topics such as:

– Best practices during your full time role including but not limited to: professionalism, effective communication, documenting your wins, how to work with your manage and peers

– How to find a professional mentor
